Sea Point's Board of Directors meets at 6 p.m. on the third Monday of each month at the offices of our property management company, Lindsay Management, 6126 Innovation Way, Carlsbad, CA 92009.
1) North on El Camino Real.
2) Right onto Palomar Airport Road.
3) Right onto Innovation Way (first intersection).
4) Left at first driveway into "The Towers at Bressi Ranch Business Park."
Homeowners are encouraged to attend the Board of Directors meeting and observe as the Board takes action on important issues relating to Sea Point. There is an opportunity for homeowners to address the Board at the beginning and end of the meeting.

During office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., residents should call (760) 436-1144 and ask for Jill Schilling, Community Manager. There are no extensions. There will always be someone to answer the phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In emergencies requiring immediate attention, e.g., major damage or something that is causing damage, as in the case of a broken plumbing line, faulty irrigation, etc., then Jill Schilling's secretary will assist by contacting her by emergency page if necessary.
After-hours calls (after 5 p.m. and before 8:30 a.m.) are handled by an answering service, which then contacts Jill Schilling. Please do not call after hours and claim to have an emergency unless there is a true emergency.
